The NC Stat line of static neutralizing bars are designed to correct any static electricity problem in virtually any web or sheet handling application.

Static Bar Product Line Includes:

SB-1000 (3/4") Round Bar Series
SB-1000 3/4" Round Bar

A Compact design whose round body allows precise aiming of its emitter points for optimum performance. Use wherever space is a premium.

Overall Length: From 4 Inches up to 142 Inches

Effective Length: From 2.5 Inches up to 140.5 Inches (Additional support brackets are required for lengths over 60 Inches)

SB-2000 (3/4") Square Bar Series

SB-2000 3/4" Square Bar

Like the SB-1000 the SB-2000 is ideal for use in very cramped spaces. Its rectangular body and integral mounting studs allow for flush mounting with minimal clearance requirements.

SB-4100 Air Assist High Output Static Bar
The SB-4100 uses a "double bar" construction for extra efficiency and durability. The SB-4100 , like the SB-4000 combines two ionizer bars neatly into a 1 1/2” square
aluminum housing , adding air - assist to the configuration allows the SB-4100 to establish the bench mark for ionizer bar performance and durability. As with any air - assisted ionizer, use only , clean , dry air with the SB-4100 for outstanding performance.

SB-8000 Static Bar Series
SB-8000 Static Bar
The SB-8000 is a direct replacement for the PSH Bar. This high efficient rectangular static
neutralizing bar with two series of emitter points in one housing. Provides effective neutralization
up to 6 inches away.

Typical Use: Converting: Bagmaking wicketer where the bars must be placed 3” to 6”
from film.

Overall Length: From 13.656656 to 145. Inches

Effective Length: From 9 to 141 Inches
