The SB -1000 is a
small very efficient lightweight
ionizer used to “ Destaticize “
most types of electrostatically
charged material and paper. This
configuration normally lends itself
applications involving moderate sized
machines ( about the average size of a
Photocopier) and where the speed of
the charged material is less than 350
inches per minute.

1)
The end view shape and dimension of
the bar. Confirm that the bar will fit
into the space where mounted.
2) Overall length of
the bar, specify desired length.
3) Effective length
of the bar. subtract 3 inches from
overall length.
4) The length of the
H.V. cable required. 10 feet is
standard.
5) If RFI Shielded
High Voltage cable is necessary -
specify exact length.
6) Specify additional
mounting clamps if the overall length
of the bar exceeds 60 inches ,
otherwise two mounting clamps are
supplied to easily attach the bar to
the machine.
7) Specify any
changes to the standard mounting stud
configuration
SB-2000 3/4” Square Bar
Like the SB-1000 the SB-2000 is ideal
for use in very cramped spaces. Its
rectangular body and integral mounting
studs allow for flush mounting with
minimal clearance requirements.
